No health procedures, that are not normally covered in full by health insurance plans for law-abiding citizens, should be done for FREE for prison inmates. NOTHING, in ANY CATEGORY that is not provided for FREE for the average citizen of the USA, should be GIVEN FOR FREE to any prison inmates. Prison inmates should be working for their room and board, health care and food just like the rest of us! I have to pay for whatever I have: so should they! No country club mentality!
Why is this important?
ALL RIGHTS, such as Health Care, that are provided for FREE to inmates, SHALL also be provided to EVERY LAW-ABIDING CITIZEN for FREE as well !!!!!
