The Senate Must STILL Confirm Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court

The Senate must either confirm Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court or allow the candidate who won the most votes in the election, Hillary Clinton, to offer a substitute nomination.

Why is this important?

Mitch McConnell held up Merrick Garland's appointment to the Supreme Court because he wanted to hear the voice of the American people. The American people have now spoken and given 2 million more votes to the Democratic candidate than the Republican candidate. The Senate must therefore either confirm Garland or have Hillary Clinton make the next appointment.
