That the judges can not accept Gifts, trips, loans, family members can not work for any firms who have a penning case before them, or accept gifts, loans,
Trips or any thing that may give the appearance of favoritism,
If they do, they must excuse them selfs from ruling on a case,
Why is this important?
Because they do not have Rule of ethics,
