We believe that Bernie Sanders should be the Democratic Presidential Nominee

The collection of signatures on this petition is not a vote, but it is intended to send a loud and clear message to the Democratic National Convention that Bernie Sanders should be the democratic nominee going into the general election this fall.

Our voices should be heard at this critical time in political history. Recent events have cast a shadow on our democracy. Public opinion of the presumptive nominee has further weakened and her resiliency is diminishing. We need an electable candidate that will move the party forward and take the White House in 2016.

To date, neither candidate has earned enough pledged delegates to reach the required 2,383 delegate total. Within the given framework, the Super Delegates are able to cast their votes at the Democratic National Convention for the party’s Presidential Nominee. We respectfully request that the super delegates cast their vote for Bernie Sanders.
