We need to throw out the bill that has just passed on Florida PIP. Stop the Govenor and Florida House and Senate from actually putting the bill into effect June 1, 2012!
Why is this important?
Govenor Rick Scott has led the battle to get rid of alternative healthcare availability to people who have been in a car accident. He has given absolute power to the car insurance companies to limit your care telling you where to get it, from whom and what care you will be getting. $10,000 in Florida is no more he cut your benefits down to $2500 BUT you will still pay your full premiums for insurance! Sound unconstitutional? I think so...
