Timber Lake Needs Your Help
Stop the HOA board from voting NO to an HOA due increase, resulting in further deterioration of our community amenities.
Why is this important?
Since our HOA dues have ONLY been raised once in the past 15 years, the vast majority of Timber Lake residence don’t realize that we are currently running in the DARK RED. With over $600k+ in maintenance and repairs needs and a skim $230k in reserves, the only way to:
§ protect our home values,
§ clean our mud-filled lakes,
§ repair our trail paths,
§ fill our flower beds,
§ repair patchy grass,
§ replace lost trees
§ and to be the only community with no holiday lights
…….is to demand immediate action from our HOA board.
When speaking with the HOA board they are overly concerned that raising our HOA dues will upset us. If we as a community are not vocal about our desires to keep Timber Lake beautiful, we are only hurting ourselves and our home values. By signing this petition you are vocalizing your desire as a resident to have the HOA dues raised 25% (the equivalent of ONLY $20.63 more a month) to address deterioration and focus on future improvements to Timber Lake.
As of the October 2nd meeting, the board holds firm that the budget remain the same, putting our community at risk of further deterioration and the possible risk of a hefty special assessment (lean on your home) in years to come.
We MUST ACT NOW. Please sign and inform your neighbors.
