Floridians voted overwhelmingly to pass Amendment 4! FL legislators cannot interfere with the will of the people.
Why is this important?
In 2018, Floridians voted to restore voting rights to felons who had served their time and paid their dues to society. The wording of the amendment includes self-implementation on 1/8/2019. Now DeSantis is suggesting the FL legislature should be involved. We must fight back against attempts to derail this important amendment to the FL Constitution.
