Time Warner Stop Charging Us for MSG

Put a $4.60 credit on our bills for MSG channels taken off cable systems. You are no longer sending this money to MSG. You have no right to turn this into a new profit center.. This is fraud and bait and switch. We refuse to pay for services we are not getting.

Why is this important?

Time Warner sends $4.60 a month to MSG for providing the channel. They should not be allowed to keep this money. It belongs to consumers. Further, there was just a seven percent rate increase -- the second in a year. No one believes they are defending the rights of the consumer and trying to keep costs down. This is a dispute between two huge monopoly media companies and the consumer is stuck in the middle with no leverage.
