Tell lawmakers to allow tiny houses to be built in New Jersey for the poor and homeless.
Why is this important?
I was involved in the tent city movement of Lakewood NJ and because of land issues a lot of homeless people lost their housing, with no where to go or no one to help them. I was introduced to a movie called Destiny Bridge and it showcased a system that will not let a program build tiny houses in New Jersey to help our homeless problem in this state, due to zoning township laws.
