Friends of Marin do hereby petition that the original potential designation of Luis Muñoz Marín and Steel Schools presented by Dr. Hite on April 1, 2014 should be declare null and void because of improprieties in the process of the selection of schools and charter operators and violations to the SDP Renaissance Initiative Year V Policies and Procedures Manual dated April 2, 2014.
