To legalize Marijuana for:
1) Agricultural/Industrial hemp farming
2) Adult personal use
3) Medical cannabis
The sales will be taxed similar to alcohol at approximately 100 dollars per pound. This would be roughly 7 or 8%. The male plant, or agricultural hemp, would be taxed at a lower rate given it's quantity. It would be similar to corn or soy.
Why is this important?
Pain pills almost killed me; and marijuana is much safer for pain and depression, and less addictive than man-made pills.
