Toll free numbers need to apply to cell phones too!
Many people have gotten rid of there hard line phones to save money but when they call toll free numbers they are paying by the minute and most of these calls are incredibly long. Between the automated phone systems and being put on hold the time really adds up.
Its time for the FCC to change the rules on "toll free" numbers to make them include cell phone calls.

Why is this important?
I got rid of my hardline phone service because I just couldn't afford it anymore. The next month was the start of overages I never had before and when I looked at the details of my bill I could see it was because of the extreamly long calls to "toll free" numbers where you get lost in automated phone systems and put on hold for long periods od time.
