Tom Emmer, give back your NRA campaign monies
In light of the epidemic of school shootings, legislators must stop being beholden to the NRA lobby, and make decisions in the best interests of their constituents. Tom Emmer (District 6) needs to return all monies received in exchange for his inaction and complicity. Our children's lives depend upon common sense gun legislation.
Why is this important?
I am a parent and a gun owner. I believe that common sense gun legislation will save lives because thoughts and prayers are not working. How many more kids must die before Congress stops taking gun lobby dollars and actually does the job that we pay them for? The blood of these children is on the hands of every legislator who takes money in exchange for their inaction.
