Ronald C. Ruecker has three law suits against him as he ilegally
harmed in 2004 peaceful protesters with pepper spray, beaten with batons and arrested without due cause, failed to protect a female Oregon State Trooper that was being sexually harrased by a male trooper in demading oral sex and another incident of attemted rape and Ruecker sided on the side of the offender even thouth their supervisor sustained the oral sex charge.
The third law suit against Ruecker was he illegaly replaced the authority of Sherwood Police Chief Middleton as he returned from two deployments from Irag.
When we asked Ruecker in his current position how does he justify his three law suits against him and his condoning law enforcement officers for beating/kicking repeatedly restrained people, Ruecker said, "I do not have to.!
