Traffic Accident Cleanup Responsibility Act

Clean up all debris following a traffic accident or incident when debris is strewn about. Sweeping up is rarely the norm, but removing all the debris from the roadway and the road side would help keep our parkways cleaner. Throw the left-over parts and glass and whatever in the damaged vehicle and keep it off our roads. Everyone needs to do their part in keeping the environment cleaner, and this is one of the common sense ways.

Why is this important?

Ever notice all the debris on the side of the roads? A lot of this debris is left-over debris from traffic accidents.
I believe the person in charge of removing this debris is the tow truck driver. I know they sweep up a little bit from the road, but a lot of it is left behind on the side of the road.
Why can't the tow truck driver be prepared with the necessary tools to remove all the parts and debris. Throw it all inside the damaged vehicles, that's where it all came from to begin with.
