Traffic cameras and other 'secret' cameras being used to snap photos of the license plate need to be stopped as I believe they are a violation of the 4th amendment. I do not feel secure with Big Brother watching my every move.
Why is this important?
Traffic cameras and other 'secret' cameras should be banned as unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment! Law enforcement is treating them like a cash cow. Went to traffic school with 40to45 others. At $224 per person, they make about $10,000 per class and will call you the next day for a donation. These cameras make my driving less safe as my nerves are affected!
