Trains through Texas
Train travel will greatly reduce the traffic on an already overcrowded highway system. Adding rails so that commuter and commercial trains can travel simultaneously will be more efficient and create greater accessibility.
Why is this important?
Our economy in Texas is dependent on a solid transportation system. Allowing trains to travel through Texas uninhibited will lessen traffic on our overcrowded highways. Currently, several states are considering rail programs to reduce vehicular traffic. Texas should consider this too.
