Why is this important?
OBESITY is destroying this country - physically, mentally, emotionally and financially.
* The CDC Center for Disease Control and Prevention says 80% of American Adults do not get the recommended requirement for daily exercise.
* America spends around $74 billion dollars each year on physical inactivity related medical costs. Roughly 1/3 of this costs fall directly on the US Taxpayer since 1 in 3 Americans is covered by a tax-payer funds program.
*Across the board; experts, doctors, medical leaders, public officials agree that people who maintain active healthy lifestyles dramatically reduce their risk of contracting diseases, and a physically fit population results in a decrease in healthcare costs and improved worker productivity.
*BULLYING and Obesity. Our youth are more obese than ever before. Obesity also makes them more of a primary target for bullying. Physical Education was once a primary focus. Our system is failing our most precious asset, our youth.
Utilizing professional trainers to help improve the health, fitness and wellness of America. addressing the issues of obesity and bullying. With very limited resources, cut backs in Phys Ed classes, fitness, and nutrition education. Professional trainers are more than willing to provide their knowledge, skills, education, and passion which will impact schools, communities, businesses and organizations. Utilizing a variety of platforms including marketing and promotional campaigns, special events, internet, social media, radio and television.
