Both presidential candidates, at the end of their national conventions, should provide: 1) Birth Certificate; 2) Personal Net Worth & Source/s of Income; 3) Tax Returns for past 10 years; & 4) Political voting history (ie, if they were a congressman, how did they vote in Congress? If a governor, their record as governor). These documents should be made available to the voters on a bipartisan website as soon as the conventions are over.
Why is this important?
In the 2008 election, and now in the 2012 election, we've had issues about candidates' characters come up. Many, if not all, of these issues could be laid to rest by making 4 items available to all voters as soon as the national conventions are done, and the standard-bearers (both parties) have accepted the nominations.
