Make an Amendment to the Constitutions (Federal and State) that the people who are elected must serve the wishes of the people who elected them. Their personal or private views have no place in their jobs as servants of the people. The people's views can be established by ballots on all issues, or by tallying Congressional sites and phone banks. Penalty for non- compliance is expulsion and forbidden to run again.
