To: Steve Burke, CEO & President of NBC Universal

Trump, Your Fired! Tell NBC to Cancel Celebrity Apprentice

Whether it's the viewer's choice to decide what to watch or not, it is still within the purview of the company or corporation to monitor and, if necessary, address those issues or persons that may affect their integrity and image adversely. As I'm sure NBC Universal knows that viewership as well as shareholder clients are integral to the success of any business or enterprise.

Mr.Donald Trump recent biased and debased commentary about our country's election process and results, in addition to the unreasonable requests made upon to the President of the United States is both embarrassing and not representative of your company's business profile supporting social and public responsibility.

Therefore, I believe that CEO & President Steve Burke
and the Board of Directors should strongly consider removing or dissolving the contract and association with Donald Trump and The Apprentice series effective immediately. This includes any advertising, marketing, or commercials that have aired that promote this programming.

I believe in having choice when making my viewing decisions, and I been satisfied with the programming quality of most of your NBC Universal network shows offered through multi-channel access. However, I will make a conscious choice to not view or support your network knowing that NBC condones programming with a personality that represent a negative or offensive image or runs counter to your polices or procedures, and undermines your public responsibility.

Why is this important?

As a follow up to the "Dump the Trump" at Macy's petition, equally we should implore NBC Universal to not renew Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice show slated for March 2013 for the same reasons. Mr.Trump has proven to be a public embarrassment and help to spur incendiary and antagonistic rhetoric about our country's election process and also about the President of the United States. Although in the court of public opinion everyone has the right to free speech, and we as viewers have the right to choose what we shall or shall not watch on our televisions, there is some responsibility on the part of the company or corporation(in the case NBC Universal) to monitor and address issues that run counter to their network policies and affect viewers and shareholders adversely. Therefore, we should call on CEO & President Steve Burke of NBC Universal to cancel the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice and tell Donald Trump "Your Fired!"
