A TV show or radio broadcast may not title itself "news" unless it adheres to the standard of truth based on factual data. Penalties must be financially substantial to deter the mega telecommunication companies from disregarding this law. Our government must protect this right of its citizens to trust that the information we receive from a news organization is accurate and true.
