The powerhouse of media ownership and lobby interest groups threaten our governing, laws, and virtually all aspects of American lives when false or misleading soundbites are reported as truth in what is liberally promoted as "news". Enact serious progressive negative consequences, which ultimately will threaten the existence of media who is willing to engage in such activity without clearly identifying content as editorial. Hold them responsible both personally at the highest board levels and corporately.
Why is this important?
False information is too often reported for the sound bite factor, only to be refuted after it is way too late. We see this with elections, gun control, and all other items particularly where a lobby exists. We can never make progress quickly enough if this is to continue.
