tubalization

In 2006 I was in a terrible 4-wheeler wreak and the dr at Ut hospital told my mom that if I got pregnant going the pregnacy and birth would kill me so with a drs statement or if you sign a paper wanting to get your tubes tide and also the paper say that you wont go back on your word then I dont think there should be a age limit on it with you signing a paper that agrees to the tubalization then nobody cant sue nobody cause if anybody tried the dr could show the court the paper that the person signed agreeing to the tubalization
