After two years of negotiations, FOX 11 has declared an impasse and implemented a contract with CWA and NABET engineers at KTTV and KCOP in Los Angeles. The company has imposed a seven and a half-hour work day and an unpaid meal period as well as taken away a week's vacation. Daily hires are seeing their pay cut by nearly 15%.

This is being done by a company reporting record profits!
