UC Admission for Californians

UCs have been admitting fewer and fewer qualified resident applicants in favor of higher-paid out-of-state and international students, therefore creating a crisis in affordable higher public education for Californians. While the state budget cuts to UC are part of the blame, we must work together to ensure the qualified children of California would be able to get an education at a UC of their choice, regardless of financial contribution. Restore the budget to finance higher education at UC.
