UNBAN Legendary_Mayhem

This is what is sent to steam. "This is a on going issue and i hate to see it happen in the community. I was banned from Call Of Duty Modern warfare 2 for so called "cheating". The thing is i was penalized for confronting a hacker. I have explained this to steam a few times but haven't gotten a significant reply on any part or a reason why you guys went after me not the hacker. I was playing my normal Modern Warfare 2 when a "hacker" joins the lobby or i guess he had been the host since the beginning. Now the reason i came to Mw2 PC is because on the Playstation 3 the game is overpopulated with hackers and all sorts of "cheaters" and other people so i came here to play the game legit from level 1 to level 70 for youtube. Now seeing there was a so called hacker in the lobby i didn't like it because big flashy text came up on my screen saying modded lobby using Liberation v1(i don't know what the version was but it did say version), at this time i was everyone was thrown into a kinda restart match thing the map was changed to "Rust" and it sent me back into the Create a class menu, i then noticed me classes were changed and color modded(look at image for proof) I don't know if that was the name or the hacker or the creator because in game the hacker was flying and his scoreboard name was flashing colored letters. Anyways i confronted the hacker because i want the game to be legit he gave me infections like "slowness, and no gun" and things like that. After a short conversation of how he was destroying the Steam online PC community and making in Console-like i left and was brought back to the main menu where i noticed i was "Deranked" or set my levels back to level 1, very mad i got off the computer for a while. I then noticed the next time i came on i was banned....at first it said cheating detected and i thought because he changed my classes and colors i had to disable that so i did but it still didn't work so i eventually googled it and found out how i was screwed over and the hacker had one. I was punished for something that was not my fault. Why are you guys targeting me when there are hackers that are doing this in the first place. Yes i was "Infected" meaning some hacks were put on my like the slowness hack for arguing with the hacker himself and the color classes were on my profile for more than 24 hours because i though they had no effect. I the person trying to help the Steam community was punished violently and publicly for trying to help when the real hacker got away with everything. Your systems might have shown that i have had somehing on my profile thats cause i was infected and he hacked me with various things, infections stay with you until you log off. If i had the hackers name right now i would have reported him but like i said it was random numbers and color and i to this day wish i took more action like all i had to do was press shift and tab and look at recent players or click on his steam profile but at the time i didnt do anything except for confront him. I understand this VAC ban cant be lifted but i want you guys(valve) to learn from this and understand what had really happened and how to prevent it next time. Instead of jumping to conclusion you guys should maybe talk to them and ban them for a week or so until it gets cleared up and if further action needs to be taken then do it. Im glad you guys have the technology to find hackers but make sure your looking at the right things and right people now im not here to show you how to do your job but just saying why was I, the person trying to help banned for no reason but because a hacker toyed with a few in game addons. It has been 96 days since i was banned and i try to fight it every day i can. I believe this was unfair and un-right. I don't know if maybe someone was being abusive and if they read something they didnt like automatically thought it was their duty ti ban me for whatever reason or what. Please learn from this and help me repair what has been done. I understand you guys say you cant lift the ban but im sure there is something you guys can do like refund me(money is not really the problem here), lift the ban through a higher authority at valve, or even just hide the ban from my profile because its a stain. I am unable to do some many things with this ban like become a community moderator or translator i can almost speak fluent in Italian and am ok at spanish. Anyways my fans were upset i couldn't continue the series even thought it really never started i only had the game for maybe a week before i was banned. I would like this to be brought up to high level authority so some action can be taken. Feel free to reply maybe we can talk about this some more and crack down on who this hacker was. I will keep fighting this everyday until the right action is taken.
