All consumers of healthcare should be given the lowest price without regard to whether they have insurance or not and should not be penalized for having insurance.
Why is this important?
My petition is about an issue that has effected every consumerof healthcare. Insured patients are charged more forthe same services than uninsured patients. In fact, I was once quoted a lower price before filing on my insurance.
