University Terrace East Addition
We, the undersigned, urge our leaders to act now to approve the addition of 27 units to the University Terrace East complex so people that otherwise could not afford to live in University City can afford to send their children to the high quality schools in the area.
Why is this important?
University Terrace East, LP is proposing to build a 27 unit addition to the existing 75 unit apartment complex located at 5205 – 5245 Genesee Cove, San Diego, CA 92122. This complex is located adjacent to Curie Elementary, 0.4 miles from Standley Middle School and 0.4 miles from UC High School. As such this complex provides an excellent opportunity for people that do not have the economic possibility to buy a house in University City, to send their children to the excellent schools in the local school district.
