The Unused Land On S.31st St and Alum Rock has been Horrific for the past 40 years. There has been illegal dumpings,prostitution etc etc. The Land is owned by Caltrans,would like to see the land sold to the city of San Jose and San Jose will turn it into a community park.
Why is this important?
This petition is about serving the people and the community,making the community a safe place for young and old. My family grandparents to be exact have been living in the community for 65 years plus and they have stories for you. Would like to see Caltrans sell the land to the City of San Jose and turn the Unused Land into a Community Park. Lets turn a negative into a positive and we shall see good and happy things throughout the community.
