Repeal the justice system for non-violent Offenders who lose their dearest love one (family) members
Why is this important?
A non-violent offender should be allowed to attend the funeral service's at the loss of their dearest love one (family) member. Because of the emotional and mental cruelty every one should be concerned. It should take priority. I have been emotionally affected by this issue.
