Stop the give away to the richest Americans when we are cutting funds for meals on wheels.
Why is this important?
1/4 of this tax cut goes to the top .01 % of tax payers and almost none to farms or family businesses. If we can't afford "Meals on Wheels" we sure can't afford this.
