Use Obamacare to win local elections

When voting in next month's elections local officials will be looking for ways to cut taxes.

Use the issue of moving employees of smaller jurisdictions (<50 employees) into the Healthcare Exchanges.

This gets the employee better health coverage.

It also relieves the town of paying and administrating employee healthcare.

These costs can also be passed along in the form of a tax cut.
