This petition if enacted would limit the USPS mail processing and delivery to first class mail only all other mail classifications would be privatized and processed and delivered by private non-governmental entities. The cost of processing and delivery of non-first class mail would be set by competitive process on a state-by-state basis without Federal government subsidy.
Why is this important?
Reforming the USPS to limit it's burden of junk mail delivery. Ninety percent of the mail I receive in my post box is fourth class junk.
