Utah Judge Kunz's Court is Accepting False DUIs - Investigation is Imperative.
I will say this about how human rights activism as I know it works:
1. You don't get out on the streets with placards without facts on what you are protesting
2. If you are using people's names, you have truth as your defense
3. You have documents to support your cause.
That is why I am calling on you to support my cause to demand investigation of the West Jordan Police Department by signing my petition with the following text. There is information in the media supporting the fact that Utah police DO create DUIs. We can stop them!
Not too long ago, the local Utah news reported that Lisa Steed a former Utah Highway Patrol officer had cited drivers with falsified DUIs. The media had it that she was facing charges for the said allegations.
Apparently this practice was going on in West Valley City and Cottonwood Heights.
These cities are not alone. It came to my awareness that my son was also a victim of the same false citations.While as a parent, it comes naturally to speak for my son, as an activist, I see a much bigger concern that my son is not alone in this victimization and hence, I am here to gather your support in requesting that an investigation be launched in all DUI citations at West Jordan Police Department and Court and place that request without compromising the details in my son's case which may become relevant on December 19, 2013 or in future should he choose to take further action on the victimization.
Since December 2, 2013, I have been standing outside West Jordan Police Department, protest unethical DUI citations that destroy lives. Several people have stopped by to tell me that I was not the only one fighting West Jordan police's bogus DUIs

Why is this important?
My son is in custody for over two months on a bogus DUI and is being represented by an incompetent public defender who did not show up at the hearing, who has ignored his phone calls and who has advised him not to have a jury trial even though he wanted to. Blood results show "negative" for blood alcohol. DUIs destroy lives, being compelled to face incompetent attorneys over bogus DUIs is a problem I have found out not only faces my son. Investigation of DUIs at West Jordan and other places in imperative.
