The VA, The whole system, from the regional offices, Board of Veterans Appeal, and The US Courts of Veterans appeals, they are allowed to use, prejudice, spoilation, malfeasence, getting rid of files, in processing veterans claims because they are govern under no law. But the law protects criminals, under the US government Laws from these things happening to them.
Why is this important?
Veterans are sentenced from 2 years to life,just for applying for VA benefits.
