Stop penalizing loyal Fios customers with higher rates. Verizon should offer the same lower rates that entice new customers. Offer the same rates to all.
Why is this important?
Fios was offered to our area 3 years ago. We signed up. Our contract was up a year ago, but we continue service. I notice that Verizon now offers a lower rate to new customers, but to their loyal longtime ones, we get to pay more. Seems unfair. Same rates for everyone!
