Veterans and Active duty service personnel are still getting a RAW deal from the banks!!!
Why is this important?
This Veterans refinance program is not suppose to request credit score for approval of this! Chase and First merit and other mortgage companies are still requiring your credit score, even though this program specifically for VETERANS states that a credit score will not be needed.
The banks already messed up veterans credit scores by the actions that were previously reprimanded, such as charging active duty personnel more interest than they were allowed to by Law.
