Volunteer Carers in America

I’m disabled and rely on a carer to help me. In London, there is a company (A charity) that provides carers between 6 months and a year for disabled people.
They charge £280 a month. And the carers get between £60 - £75 a week depending on whether you feed them or not.

I think this type of company should be set up in America as it’ll be extremely useful.
