VOTE BY MAIL ONLY IF ANY FEDERAL OFFICE IS ON THE BALLOT

I propose a Federal law that would require all States if there are candidates for Federal office on the ballet vote by mail only like
Oregan and Washington do now. These two states had a voter turnout of 80% in 2012. Vote by mail is more economical, eliminates long lines,eliminates new voter ID laws and efforts to suppress the vote,permits early voting and will make recounts easier and more accurrate.
