Governor Malloy's sponsored bill for education "reform" ignores decades of research and data on educational reform, and instead seeks a "fix" for something that is not broken: teacher certification, evaulation, and retention. True reformers should read Jaime Vollmer's book, Schools Can't Do It Alone.
