Let's pledge to vote and to get out the vote in a sweeping Democratic majority to both chambers of Congress in the 2018 midterms. Only 36.4% of eligible voters turned out for the 2014 midterms. In 2016, 55% of eligible voters actually voted and 52% of those voters cast their votes against Trump.
