We would ask Republicans like Frank Lobiondo to stop blocking progress for this country's working poor. We urge Mr Lobiondo to vote for an increase in the minimum wage.
Why is this important?
In New Jersey, the minimum wage is $7.25. This amount is insufficient for any quality of life. Raising it to $10.10 per hour is a step in the right direction.
