On April 21, 2012 I was denied my right to Vote by Texas Democratic Party officials. Federal Penal Code 18 USC sec. 245 provides criminal sanctions against actors that deprive voters of voting rights. I seek the protective interest of law and accountability of federal and state actors that continue to deprive my person and voters/activists nationwide of the protective interest of federal penal code Title 18 USC Sec 245 "Protected Activities". The President has a duty to protect the administration of law and insure that federal actors properly enforce and not legislate by with holding enforcement and allowing his subordinates to make new law by ignoring the existing law.
