We're asking Rep. Bill Posey to support the bipartisan legislation recently introduced to strengthen and protect the ability of all Americans to vote.
Why is this important?
The Supreme Court gutted the landmark Voting Rights Act of 1965. Without the recent bipartisan legislation introduced by Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI), Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) and Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), many Americans can be denied to cast their vote, even though fraud at the ballot box is almost non-existent.
