The USTA and State racing commissions should grant a license to Walter Case, Jr., so that he can resume his career as a professional harness race driver.
Why is this important?
Walter Case, Jr., is one of the greatest harness racing drivers the United States has ever produced winning approximately 12,000 races. Convicted of assault, Case was a model prisoner while serving four years of a five-year sentence. Since being released in 2008, Case has been a model citizen and wants to be relicensed to race again.
