Why is this important?
Washington State is about to give coal companies permission to pour coal dust into the fragile Columbia River. This would destroy the ecosystem and contribute to climate chaos.
The Washington Department of Ecology could stop this. It could deny a key water pollution permit. But we need your help to convince it to act!
