We rural New Englanders need an East-West highway! We live in a depressed mill town going through bankruptcy. We have a gorgeous towns with a ton to offer but it's so remote that very few people come here to spend money on tourism etc. We have very few jobs not related to the woods. An easy-west highway would really open up our area to hundreds of thousands of tourists and traffic.
