We need a Nation Wide Animal Cruelty Registry, Like The Sex Offender Registry.

For to long Animal Abusers have gotten away with their Cruelty....We need to stand together for the Voiceless, and create a Registry that will make it so Abusers can no longer Buy/Adopt/Foster Animal's.....these Abusers need to be stopped from acquiring Animals.....and a National registry would do just that! So please stand with me, and let's get as many signature as we can!!!! To show them that, Not one more Animal should got to a dangerous and deadly home.
