We support HB 2531
HB 2531 is a chance for our children to get top care instead of getting it in other states. Our children deserve a licensed speech therapist in our schools. Our low-income children only receive speech therapy from schools. This bill is for all children. These kids stand a better chance with a licensed speech therapist with ethics than a non-licensed speech therapist.
Why is this important?
Our children deserve a qualified and licensed speech therapist. HB 2531 supports all school SLP to be licensed. A Speech Therapist who has a license has to follow ethics set by the Speech Board.
